1. Backup all customer personal files & data (except installed programs & games – printer etc.)
2. Full format disk (this will completely delete permanently all data inside disk)
3. Install OS (install new fresh latest Windows or Apple Mac OS to disk)
4. First setup of new OS (including installing new updated programs & drivers – keep in mind, we only install the basic and necessary software. Software such as printers, games, etc. are at the user's choice)
5. Restoring backup of data (moving back all files back to disk after reformat)
